Little girl mysteriously disappears in Mexico (updated)

by Julio Olvera

Nobody saw nor heard anything. The surveillance cameras of the luxurious apartment building did not register anything out of the ordinary either, in the case of a little four-year-old girl that mysteriously disappeared from her home in Mexico.

The case of Paulette Gebara Farah, a little girl that suffers from speech and motor impairment, immediately referred the local media to that of British girl Madeleine McCann, in a resort in Portugal, in 2007.

Both girls, aged four, disappeared in a strange way; no locks were forced, and no doors were broken; nothing to indicate an act of violence, or anything to indicate the presence of an intruder or an abductor.

The little Mexican girl disappeared in the early morning of Monday, the 22nd of March, from her home in a condominium in Huixquilucan county, an exclusive residential area on the border of the State of Mexico with the Federal District.

Paulette’s parents swiftly addressed the media and used the internet to ask the public for help in finding their little daughter, as part of a broad campaign, after having filed a complaint with the authorities.

Nevertheless, a week later, the case suffered a turnaround as a judge authorised the General Attorney’s Office of the State of Mexico (PGJEM) to preventively arrest Mauricio Gebara and his wife, Liseth Farah, as well as two nannies.

This was due to the fact that the child’s parents and the nannies were the last persons that had contact with the child, and because they offered different and contradictory versions in their statements.

Each one of these people “has falsified their statement”, Mexican prosecutor Alberto Bazbaz told the press on the day before.

“At this moment, we can say that derived from the extensive investigations, we are able to determine that at least the four adults that were inside the house, offered different and contradictory versions on different occasions, and therefore there are inconsistencies that drive us to make a deeper analysis of the facts”, he said.

According to versions by the little girl’s parents, on the night of Sunday, the 21st of March, Mauricio Gebara handed Paulette and her seven-year-old sister over to his wife Lisette Farah, at the entrance to the Porto Vita 2 condominium in Interlomas, west of the Mexican capital.

The father and the two girls were returning home, after a weekend trip to Valle de Bravo, State of Mexico.

In her statement, Mrs Farah asserted that, once inside her apartment, she led the two girls to their bedroom to put them to bed; nonetheless, the next morning, one of the nannies, upon arriving at the house, noticed that Paulette was not in her bed.

When faced with this situation, according to the versions, the nanny alerted the little girl’s parents, who started a search over the entire house and the building, where they found no trace of her.

According to the police, there are no images to confirm that the little girl was in the building between the evening of Sunday the 21st and the early morning of the 22nd; the building has surveillance cameras located on all entrances, restricted access to the parking area and 24-hour surveillance.

Update: Paulette's body has been found inside her family's home. The child's parents and two nannies remain in preventive custody. Investigations are ongoing.

Further comparisons between the case of Paulette and that of Madeleine can be read on CNN Mexico. Curiously, the article ends by stating that the McCann couple asked for the reopening of the process of their daughter's disappearance - something that apparently has yet to happen.

  1. It's only the McCanns I know of who haven't been arrested in these circumstances :-L

  2. This is EXACTLY what should have happened to the McCanns but sadly, the government stepped in and the fiasco we all now follow continues.
Even sadder is the fact that they will NEVER be brought to book for what they did.
The people that help them with the charade should hang their heads in shame.

  3. We wait and see if the Mcs will jump on this bandwagon or is too closer to home?

  4. Clearly an important similarity between these cases is that the police almost immediately recognised that there were discrepancies between the statements of the witnesses who had most recent contact with the child involved.

In the DN of 5th of May 2007 we can read:

"O desaparecimento de Madeleine McCann, a criança inglesa de três anos que se encontrava de férias em Lagos, "é uma história muito mal contada", confidenciou ao DN fonte da Polícia Judiciária de Portimão. A afirmação reflecte as dúvidas das autoridades face aos depoimentos "confusos" expressos ontem pelas testemunhas ao longo de todo o dia."

"The disappearance of Madeleine McCann, the English three-year-old child that was on holidays in Lagos, "is a very badly told story", a source from the Polícia Judiciária in Portimão has confided to DN. The statement reflects the authorities' doubts concerning the "confused" depositions that were given by the witnesses yesterday, throughout the day."

I hope that these discrepancies are eventually ironed out in the McCann Case as well as in this new case in Mexico.

  5. Shubob, I agree with you there. However the Prosecutor decided that they hadn't been neglectful.

The thing is, in this case the child wasn't apparently left alone but still disappeared the judge decided to preventatively arrest them and we might find out what happened.

I think because the McCanns weren't questioned more and were made into 'minor celebrities' is why so many people are still wondering what happened.

Almost 3 years and nothing much has changed.

  6. The McCanns have always tried to attach themselves to any missing child case but I bet this is one they'll steer well clear of especially if the parents are found to have actually been involved with their daughter's disappearance. Too much of a carbon copy of their circumstances - a bit too close for comfort IMO.

  7. For there to be progress in the Maddie case, I think the McCanns first need to be arrested.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Also, I'm glad a link is being made between this case and the Maddie case especially given that the child's parents have been arrested. Where is Clarence when you need him to say the link is ludicrous, unhelpful and potentially hurtful?

  11. @ post #5, my comment has nothing to do with the contentious neglect issue. IMO once the inconsistences had been noted in the McCanns' many stories, the prosecutor shouldn't have concerned himself with whether or not they were neglectful and arrested them. After all, neglect may have had nothing to do with the actual disappearance!

  12. Amazing that the Media quickly connected the case with Madeleine. Mccann's could not rest. Their names will be forever associated with the most odd situations, children went trough.

Congratulations to the Mexican police... they act correctly. The last people who saw a victim, should always be the first suspects.

lets wait for the development of the investigation. Lets see if dogs will go inside the investigation to help the police. Lets see if this parents will got a spoke-person to help them deal with police.

A SHAME THAT THE POLICE DID NOT GAVE TIME TO THE PARENTS TO SET A FUND AND SHARE SOME MONEY WITH NANNIES.

Mccann's are really an inspiration for some parents in the world. Another abductor able to fly trough windows and cameras, leaving no traces. INSTEAD OF THE MEDIA AND THE INTERNET, THE PARENTS MUST CALL GHOST HUNTERS.

ARE GERRY AND KATE going to call this parents, as they do with Mariluz and offer their pain and their support?

    ReplyDelete
  13. I know what you're saying Shubob.

The problem is that the neglect seemed to cloud the issue and the famous abductor was born. However the real problem is IMO that even after NOT answering the 48 questions nothing was done.

    ReplyDelete
  14. @ post 13: "However the real problem is IMO that even after NOT answering the 48 questions nothing was done."

Quite. It simply is extraordinary that the McCanns haven't been requestioned by police since the day they were made arguidos! It's senseless! Or have they been requestioned in secret? I've seen no evidence whatsoever to suggest this but that's not to say it hasn't happened.

  15. From the news above...look like the police have doubts about the girl being in the flat. Nobody saw the girl entering the building and the flat.

Kate, Gerry and Mitchell, must call this parents to teach them how to involve the government, foolish and accuse the police and sue the Media. THEY ARE IN ABSOLUTE NEED.

  24. Arrest Gerry, he was the last to claim to have seen Madeleine, yet his wife contradicts his tale. She has claimed on national UK Television that no one who should have been there would have moved the position of the bedroom door - it was not 'as we had left it' she told us.

So she thinks she and Gerry were together the last time the door could ahve been moved.

Add to this two sightings of a person carrying a child - a person who we know looked very much like Gerry (Smith and the Tanner sighting as enacted on their 'documentary') plus the fact that Gerry went to extraordinary lengths and wasted a significant amount of air time in the same documentary to enable his 'detective' to end an obviously contrived debate as to which side of the road he was on when Tanner claims to have seen an abducter who once again looks sufficiently like Gerry. In other words, trying to distract from the real issue, why didnt Wilkins see Tanner or the mysterious abductor? Why would Gerry potentially cancel out this sighting and actually discredit it by posting a diferent time for the sighting on his blog?

Also, he has no alibi except that provided by his friends, clearly not objective witnesses as to where he was when Smith sighted a man carrying a child.

Yes, Gerry McCann must be the prime suspect for the 'abduction' of Madeleine McCann.

Why has this man not been arrested? Why have the authorities not realised that when questioning to suspects about the sam eevents, one refusing to answer is the ideal way for them not to be divided in their statements. In short, contrived yet again.

  25. Thanks for this update Jo on an almost carbon copy case where it was blatantly obvious the parents were involved. This is a case the McCanns will avoid like the plague!

Sadly the statistics are correct, when a child just disappears like this, in over 90 per cent of cases it is the parents or close relatives and friends who are responsible.

But the parents did make it easy for the police by leaving the child's body in the home and not going abroad to dispose of their child, so let us not be too harsh on the police whether Portuguese or British. I now believe Maddie was gone before the start of the TAPAS meal that night... the McCanns day will come, it is just as obvious, disposal of a child that was surplus to requirements/did not make the grade but never so easy without little Maddie to conclusively prove that. Gerry has consistently sought to outsmart the police, that will only make them more determined.

More than 80 % involve the close family, most of the remaining cases the extended family. And most of what remains after that, someone known to the family.
Abduction by a total stranger is almost unheard of.
Clearly the Mexican Police are advanced enough to know what every other police officer in the world knows.

  39. The Portuguese government are to blame for the McCann situation. Criminals will obviously try to get away with it. The British government may have put pressure on the Portuguese government for whatever reason. But that doesn't mean they had to kowtow to British pressure.
Shame on the Portuguese government. Why don't the Portuguese vote them out? When is the next election?

    ReplyDelete
  40. What the hell is going on?

A man claims he was last to see a little girl who went missing (at around 9 pm on 3rd May 2007)

A woman claims she and the man were last to see the child at around 8:30 pm, as she had left a door in a particular position, which she claims had changed when she returned at 10 pm and it raises her attention that all is not right.

So the man must have made up his story of having seen the child at around 9.

The man is therefore lying, or the woman is lying.

These are the parents of a child who has allegedly been abducted.

Most people would agree that parents would not undermine any urgent investiagtion to find their child by steering the police in any way which interferes with their investigation, the initial minutes and hours are vital (the principle of 'Amber Alert').

Any fool can see the inconsistancy here.

On this basis, why are the McCanns not in Portugal being questioned by an investigating Portuguese police team?

    ReplyDelete
  41. It is making me inceasingly angry that the UK and Portuguese States and judicial machinary have allowed the McCann's to perpetrate what is clearly a fraud.

The way they cling to the ludicrous statement that there is nothing to make them believe that Madeleine has been harmed and they assume she is being looked after by someone is clearly intended to allow them to perpetrate the 'fund'.

The UK police even have a link to the fraudulant fund web location and are therefore complicit in the fraud.

For such a state of affairs to exist in Europe is appalling and the people of both countries need to urgently wake up and lobby their respective governments.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Was Madeleine removed because she had some deficiency someone asked? It seems unlikely - but Kate McCann may well have resented her - the question is, did Kate McCann provide the egg which was feritilised by Gerry McCanns sperm?

Did she lack the true Mothers instinct as we have seen every time she speaks of Madeleine because Madeleine wasnt hers?

She speaks of Madeleine as being a little person, a character, someone she had girly time with - these are not the words of a Mother!

    ReplyDelete
  43. Mary@33 There has to be a very good reason for the continuing desperate behaviour of the McCanns and I can only think of one, keep the faith!

The last time we saw the McCanns defeat was written all over their faces, true their style is different, she looks washed out and terrified, he is very angry and defiant. They should not have taken on Leicester Police/Mrs Justice Hogg etc and they should not have taken on Goncalo Amaral. Those were two very serious wastes of their fraudulent Fund that I am convinced they very bitterly regret.

Viv -I did ask you something you objected to- sorry, no offence intended, but if I know a person is legally qualified, their opinion is more valuable than a lay person's.My knowledge of wardship was from working in the Family Court Service some while back. Wardship was/is used rarely, but can be used where there is a dispute between estranged parents, where a child has been "kidnapped" by a parent, to control medical treatment etc. According to Justice Hogg "On the 17th of May 2007 Madeleine's parents invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under the Inherent Jurisdiction of the Court and The Child Abduction and Custody Act and Hague Convention...... On 2 April 2008, Madeleine became a Ward of this Court.......by the parents seeking disclosure of information and documents from the Chief Constable of Leicestershire"

  51. Why didn't Payne protest against the Gaspars?

More and more I think he was not present at 5a that evening.
He lied, like the rest did, to protect the McCanns.
Did Gerry say he stayed in 5a for 30 minutes, in order to make him a suspect?
Together with Kate who was also there?

I think more and more that Maddie's death was caused by a cardiac arrest, consequence of a medicine, too strong for her.
Perhaps a new medicine, not Calpol.
And the Laboratory wich makes this medicine payed a lot of money to the McCanns, to silence them.
That's why they suddenly became millionairs.
And they made smoke and mirrors with money of the British people, in order to hide the real source of their fortune.
And that privete plane was payed by the laboratory, imo.
When the ownor of Virgin airlines went to the charity dinner short ago, he offered four free tickets to the funds. That was very funny!
And Gerry's brother, who seems to have worked at a pharmaceutic laboratory, abandonned his job and became something at the Fund.
Who says the Fund will last as long as that laboratory will?
Somebody guaranteed him a job forever.
And who helped Gerry to get his job back at the hospital?
And why DNA tests were inconclusive?
Can you imagine if the forensic laboratory in Birminghan would find traces of that medicine in the blood samples?

There is a lot of corruption going on in the UK.
Some politicians ask between 3000 and 5000 pounds a day, to influence other people.

  52. I see this innocent child's beautiful face and remember back to the first time I saw Maddie's sweet face. The feeling I had then has returned. Thinking about the joy those children were meant to feel in their young years, safe and carefree because SOMEONE LOVED THEM.

It is too sad to think about this for very long, and yet this is the world, this is reality.

When there should have been giggles and night-time faerie tales, what did these little girls experience?

I am glad I believe in God because if I am right about him and he exists, these precious children are in his arms and finally loved.

  53. #52...I agree with most, if not all, of what you have just said. You may have hit the nail on the head. Everything fits - John McCann leaving his job to work for the Fund makes NO sense if you think about it carefully. Maddie could have turned up any day and *then* where would he be?

Definitely the entire Tapas group has been paid off - by someone, somehow, in my opinion. And the Fund is a cover for money laundering (IMO).

They will all have to face justice someday. And they all have to live with this evil - carrying that kind of lie through your entire life is something that could turn any good man into a monster. Money cannot buy a soul.

  57. MORE NEWS ABOUT PAULETTE,

'Mexican missing girl asphyxiated, mother suspected'
… By GLORIA PEREZ, Associated Press Writer Gloria Perez, Associated Press Writer – 1 hr 3 mins ago

'TOLUCA, Mexico – A disabled 4-year-old girl whose disappearance became the talk of the capital region was found dead in her own bedroom more than a week later. Prosecutors said Wednesday the girl had been asphyxiated and her mother is a suspect.

The shocking discovery of the lifeless Paulette Gebara Farah under the mattress of her bed at her wealthy parents' apartment late Tuesday left prosecutors struggling to explain how multiple searches could have been conducted without the body being found.

Investigators weren't even looking for the girl in the apartment on the outskirts of Mexico City when they found her body, but were searching for suitcases or other family possessions that might have been missing or moved.

"There was a presence of odors," Mexico State Attorney General Alberto Bazbaz said.

Still, Bazbaz also said he had talked with the mother in the bedroom where the body was found but had not detected anything. His comment suggested the grisly possibility that the mother, a lawyer, had spoken with authorities and journalists while sitting on the same bed under which they body was found.

Since the girl was reported missing March 22 by her parents, the family and supporters had scattered images of the girl wearing a princess dress on billboards and flyers across Mexico City, riveting people's attention in a region where occasional reports of child stealing have created dread among many parents.

The girl had difficulties walking and talking due to an unspecified disability.

Bazbaz said prosecutors initially assumed they were dealing with a case in which the girl had somehow been taken from the luxury apartment building. But he said they became suspicious of the mother, Lisette Farah, after she was overheard telling her other daughter not to talk because the family might be blamed for the disappearance.

Lisette Farah, her husband, Mauricio Gebara, and two nannies had been put under a form of house arrest for questioning Monday, after authorities said they detected contradictions in their statements to police.

Authorities said Monday that the four were not suspects. They were being held at a hotel in Toluca and were not available to comment on the prosecutors' statement Wednesday.

It was unclear whether the spot where the body was found wrapped in sheets was where the girl died, or whether the body had been moved, authorities said.

While the results of an autopsy are pending, Bazbaz said the death was caused by "asphyxiation by suffocation," but no other signs of violence were immediately found.

"This is an investigation of a homicide case," he said.

The family lives in an upscale suburb of Mexico City located in Mexico State, which borders the capital.

In previous television interviews, the mother said she had put Paulette to bed in her bedroom the night of March 21. The next morning, one of her nannies reported Paulette wasn't in her room, and investigators found no signs of forced entry to the apartment.

Farah pleaded for her daughter's return at a news conference held outside the apartment building Sunday night.

"Please, I'm desperate. Half of my heart has been taken," she said.

(This version CORRECTS that parents are under house arrest at a hotel rather than a government facility.)'

Drawing the parallel is inevitable as the McCann's are clearly the inspiration - if nothing else the press need to highlight on behalf of the people that the McCann's example must be MUST BE snuffed out - it is NO WAY TO RUN SOCIETY!

The UK State has completely lost it, multi cultural ideas do not work - it is not possible to run a State without some set constitutional arrangement - the fluidity of the UK State which results from having no wrotten constitution, the collapse of the uK Parliament in terms of its morals (the expense scandal is unresolved - self policing doesnt work)and in terms of the demise of the London Parliament resulting from devolution (there are now effectively four countries, three of which have their own unique 'Parliaments' (or assemblies)and one, England, which does not).

The McCann case is an example of the failure of the UK State.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Incedible though it seems, I can find NOTHING on the UK Sky News site regarding Paulette Gebara Farah.

The parallels are unavoidable, not in accusing the McCann's of having disposed of their child, but in setting the precedent for advertising a child.

It is NOT the way forward, it is open to abuse and it must be stopped. The law needs to address this situation.

The UK State must stop ignoring the damage beign caused by the McCann's.

The proper investigation must be re-opened, the McCann's arrested and Gerry McCann - chief suspect - must be charged.

The Ocean club resort had an abundance of medical personnel staying there the week that the McCanns and tapas crowd stayed there, there was also an inordinate number of small girls staying there.Bridget o'Donnel-the partner of key witness Jeremy Wilkins remarked about the fact that there were 10 blonde three -year old girls in the Kiddie club.It is not apparent from the police files whether or not they checked to see if there was a reason for so many medics to be on holiday at the same time and with the added coincidence of many female toddlers. Why did Gerry have a CEOP operations manual as his bedside reading in Praia da Luz in August 07,how did he get it,and who gave him it?.Operation Ore was a large scale operation to uncover peadophiles. Many famous people were alleged to have purchased child-porn after this joint US/UK police sting operation. After mention of Cabinet MPs being implicated in that case, the stories soon vanished and the rumour is that news about Operation Ore was covered up with the archaic British WWII device-DA-Notice,or D-Notice.Who were the Cabinet MPs on operation ore list?A British journalist living in Germany, has repeatedly posted lists of paedophiles in the British government on numerous websites.

Be a bit careful with Operation ORE.
It turned out to have been an own goal by Gamble, who had failed to spot that it involved fraudulent use of credit card information across the globe. The main culprit was in South America and did not have a porn site at all.
People's card details appeared on a server when they had no knowledge that they had been billed.
The details are on the web.

  67. #39, unfortunately there is not much of an alternative for us(portuguese), in political options. The main opposition party wouldn't be much of a change, in my opinion, the McCanns & Cº have them "covered" alredy ( rumours of meetings between Gerry, a influent member of that party by the hand of lawyer Rogério Alves).
And it is not the PSD only that gives us no indication of hope, I do not remember any of the other parties represented in our parliament evder mentioning the case or show their repulse of what has been happening to Mr. Amaral!(except for one, which I cannot recall now)

"They were six medical professionals..if there'd been an accidental..I mean a. If it were accidental and they were doing something bad they'd covered it ..they could of covered it up, if it was accidental they'd of taken care of it"

It is very interesting to note that there is no parallel made between this case and Madeleine McCann, no mention whatsoever of the similar repsonse of the parents.

At the very least it shows that the McCann example is being followed.

I beleive this news lock down is proof positive that there is UK State involvement in the suppression of the Madeleine McCann case.

    http://news.blogs.cnn.com/2010/03/31/officials-missing-mexican-girls-body-found/

Comment #25 on the CNN blog:

"This case is not unlike the case of Madeleine McCann, the British child whose parents claim was abducted in Portugal, May 2007.

The difference is that the Portuguese police were unable to prosecute the McCanns due to a lack of a body – the case was shelved. Cadaver dogs alerted to the McCann apartment, their clothing and to the car they hired a month after Maddie disappeared, yet the McCanns were able to return to the United Kingdom and continue to proclaim their innocence. Despite their unwillingness to return to Portugal for a reenactment of the night Maddie disappeared, despite Kate McCann's unwillingness to answer 48 questions asked to her by the Portuguese police, despite their claims that night that the window had been "jemmied" (later proved to be impossible), despite the changes to their statements; unlike Paulette's parents, the McCanns are free.

They've paid their mortgage out of money donated by the public to a fund set up to find Maddie, they *continue* to ask for the public for financial support. Yet the circumstances in both these cases are eerily similar. One set of parents arrested, another set flying around the world in private jets.

Although the British media has attempted to portray the McCann's as "cleared", they certainly were not, there was simply not enough evidence to convict.

So many of the details in Paulette's heartbreaking case and the McCann case are nearly identical. People around the world are convinced that Maddie's parents know she died, that the FUND they set up to "find" her was fraudulent and that there is a cover-up to the case underway. Those people are continuing to demand justice for Maddie. In Paulette's case, it appears justice WILL be done. It is not as likely for Madeleine McCann.

May both these innocent little girls be at peace. They should have been loved and protected, and they were not.

I doubt the Mexican police politely asked for their participation.

I also doubt, now even more than before, the McCanns will ever voluntarily participate in a reconstruction.

Whilst I agree that the McCanns need to be arrested, I also believe that if that happened now, the case couldn't go any further. It may also look like the PJ were 'harassing' the McCanns - another reason to avoid?

It will be interesting to see if Robert Murat makes any headway with Tanner. Tanner is an unreliable witness and if she can be proven to be a liar, there may be cause to question her version of events further? Maybe make HER an Arguido?

She may well have to retract her statement - and then Team M would be in deep trouble! Her dubious statement(s) as we all know, are the ONLY ONES TO PUT THE 'ABDUCTOR' AND GM ON THE STREET AT THE SAME TIME - AND WE KNOW MO DIDN'T 'SEE' MBM, SO GM IS THE LAST PERSON TO SEE MBM ALIVE.

Such actions by Robert could prove costly for the McCanns. How far will Tanner go to protect them? Will she do gaol time? Will she give up her house and income? My understanding is that Tanner faces some serious charges if Murat goes ahead?

SKY News have IGNORED the death of little Paulette Farrah - and my heart goes out to her. XXX

However, SKY could NOT ignore Murat taking Tanner and co to court as it would be big news!

"Maddy witness found guilty of lying about Murat" is a sensational headline that cannot be avoided. It would not only cast doubt on what Tanner SAYS she saw 03/05/2007; it would also bring into disrepute her entire story - the story that the McCanns have embraced as 'proof positive' that an 'Abduction' occurred. GM even said it on camera. That the 'Abductor' nearly got caught.

"By Jane." He said. No GM - we haven't forgot what you said.

If Robert does go ahead (and I wish him luck - I never believed he was anything to do with it all) and he gets a successful outcome, then maybe that would be a good time for the PJ to strike?

Happy Easter Joana - and keep up the good work.

May the truth one day be known.

ODD, the mother gave press interviews in the room, seated on the bed where the body was discovered. AND MANY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WERE THERE TO SUPPORT THE FAMILY.... Why any need to cover an accident which could easily have been explained away?

Whatever happened to Madeleine was more sinister than an accident and couldn't have been explained away as such, hence the need to hide the body.

Kate and Gerry, whatever we might think of them, are well educated and smart. Some might say cunning. They knew how to mobilise the media. They knew how to mobilise PR, and lawyers. And crucially, if guilty, they knew how to safely cover their tracks, and the body... In these other cases, the parents were as thick as mince.

'Maddie' mexicana encontrada morta na cama
    Hoje' -DN

THERE IS DOUBTS ABOUT THE DAY THE GIRL DIED. SOME PEOPLE WHO SAW THE PICTURES OF THE BODY BELIEVE SHE IS DEAD LESS THEN A WEEK, THIS MEANS SHE DIED AFTER BEING REPORTED MISSING.

Something that really stikes me odd is someone had to commit the crime before the 21st and the 22nd,which they need time to commit the murder and then hide the body at night which could also mean this was planned...but then wouldnt the nanny's find the little girl because the was reported under the bed,but that means that the Nanny's did not look everywhere

  111. G. Amaral was silenced but the world is talking about Paulette, connecting her case with Madeleine. Nobody talk about an abduction. From CNN to El Pais, the CONNECTION IS THE DEAD AND THE INVOLVEMENT OF THE PARENTS.

Forbidding Books, Persecuting polices don't change FACTS and the FACT IS IN BOTH CASES NO EVIDENCES OF AN ABDUCTION, NO EVIDENCES OF A STRANGE IN THE CRIME SCENE.

Even the Man who the police is searching now in Paulette case, is connected with her mum.

HORRIFIED. If THE PARENTS ARE INVOLVED WITH HELP OF A THIRD PERSON, THIS IS A VERY WELL PLANNED MURDER WHICH JUST DID NOT WORK BECAUSE THE POLICES NOW THEY ARE VERY ALLERT WITH WHAT HAPPEN IN PORTUGAL WITH MCCANN'S. POLICE DID NOT BUY FAIRY TALES.

I HOPE MADELEINE CASE WILL BE REOPEN SOON AND THE RECONSTRUCTION DONE WITH ALL GROUP NOT ALLOWED TO REFUSE IT. WHO REFUSED MUST BECOME 'ARGUIDO' IMMEDIATELY. IS NEVER LATE TO ACHIEVE JUSTICE and the evidences at police hands, against the Mccann's are much more then what Mexican police had when they frame Paulette parents. SOCRATES, BROWN AND PINTO MONTEIRO MUST HIDE THEIR HEADS IN SHAME FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE AGAINST A FRAGIL LITTLE GIRL. PEOPLE LIKE THEM DON'T DESERVE TO DEAL WITH COUNTRY DESTINATIONS.

Definitely and obviously, either parents or/and their close friends are involved in Madeleine dissapearence. The Mexican case is one big argument to investigate them properly.

What a shame that British PM prevented the proper investigation in 2007 and thus damaged Madeleine's right for justice.

  119. It´s surprising that the McCanns didn´t exploit this situation when Paulette was still another "missing" little girl just like Madeleine - until her body was found. Usually there are messages of sympathy and concern for the suffering parents (after all, the McCanns claim an interest in ALL missing children) but this time not a peep.

Some Experts are saying that the body is showing evidences that or she died after being reported missing or was stored in a refrigerator.

Since there is no images of strangers going inside the flat and there is an image of Paulette on the hall of the building on 21 night, who asphyxiated her must have access to her flat trough a normal way and being inside during the campaign to raise the missing being known. Her parents have been arrested just one day before she was discovered.
Could be the granny who handed the body to the bed.

One that lands support to Goncalo Amaral's Occam's Razor approach to investigation and subsequent views. It does not necessarily mean that the McCann's are guilty but that Amaral's opinion (given the dog's indicators) are not as farfetching as Isabel Duarte wishes the judges to think. No defamation of anyone implied. No allegations made. Just to show how plausible a certain event could have been. A simple, innocent accident.

  135. When someone belongs to a certain group, like being a Freemason or other it's because they want to achieve and share high levels of spirituality or the group, congregation, has a common purpose and all goes for it. I don't believe they are pleased to cover up a murder or something like that. It's common sense. No one of us would take such a high risk to save our mates skin unless we were also involved in a certain way and that would cause us damage. For instance being connected with a tragic accident for leaving small kids unsupervised (and possibly sedated?).

Same applies to the British government, we know they are not church boys but we are not that stupid to believe that the prime minister is involved in obscure movements with the McCanns. What I believe is that the man has opened all the diplomatic corridors to help British citizens in a hour of need and gave them all the support in the search of their daughter. Searching a small girl ALIVE & KICKING.

And I don't believe either McCanns are so closed to the PM as they said they are. Kate diary was written to confuse the police and show and high their connections go.

Mitchell is an opportunist and was sent to control damages because was too late and the PM, me and you, we all bought McCanns story.
Of course now you see Mitchell is giving first steps in the Parliament. Some people think that was born to high achievements! I'm sure some friends will remember his sense of loyalty. But I'm also sure that many of them want to have McCann out of the way and delayed as much as possible their fall (more side effects).

If the Portuguese police has done the investigation by the book (start looking for a dead body in the first hours instead of an abduction due lack of break in evidences and impossibility of leaving the room with a small child in arms through a window that only open half way) they were caught. Instead they played the rat and the cat and the people involved had plenty of time to get rid of the body. Then they can always say find the body and prove that we did because they know it won't be found anymore.

Of course this dance is very dangerous because is always done without total security: when there are more than one involved the secret is no secret anymore and one of them can break down and tell (and they are too many).

One thing is for sure: if you can hide a huge accident get all involved in and framed a innocent person, then you are capable of anything. That's exactly what Gonçalo Amaral must be aware of. You left them escape now they get back to take it all. Unless they have a very good reason to keeping coming back....

  138. 129 - well said. Such education has more to do with ambition and social position than with intelligence. Some people who have such education also make that mistake. Most of them do not, as becomes painfully clear when things turn the other way.

  139. Freemasonry is a fraternal organisation that arose from obscure origins in the late 16th to early 17th century. Freemasonry now exists in various forms all over the world, with a membership estimated at around five million, including just under two million in the United States and around 480,000 in England, Scotland and Ireland.[1][2] The various forms all share moral and metaphysical ideals, which include, in most cases, a constitutional declaration of belief in a Supreme Being.[3]

The fraternity is administratively organised into Grand Lodges or sometimes Orients, each of which governs its own jurisdiction, which consists of subordinate (or constituent) Lodges. Grand Lodges recognise each other through a process of landmarks and regularity. There are also appendant bodies, which are organisations related to the main branch of Freemasonry, but with their own independent administration.

Freemasonry uses the metaphors of operative stonemasons' tools and implements, against the allegorical backdrop of the building of King Solomon's Temple, to convey what has been described by both Masons and critics as "a system of morality veiled in allegory and illustrated by symbols."

I can't see how can Gerry McCanns fits here.

  140. I think there is a post that is totally right: police from the entire world had learn from Madeleine McCanns case and abduction is clearly treated very carefully - looking simultaneously for signs of family involvement and a possibly dead body is fundamental, in the first hours.

If you leave criminals walking freely like stars (has happened to McCanns in South of Portugal in 2007) they will be sufficient clever to get rid of all the evidences and contaminated the crime scene. Under stress people can find very creative solutions if they face jail ahead!

I'm so sorry little Paulette you left this world so soon but at least you have no reasons to be afraid of your evil mother anymore, rest in peace sweet heart give a huge hug to Madeleine.

  144. As someone here has raised the subject of IVF I should like to mention something that has perplexed me for some time.

So what do we know about the life of the Mccanns prior to May 2007 - very little! I have attained this information from quotes made by the Mccanns and Geralds blogs. Unable to conceive naturally Kate Mccann opted for IVF and eventually gave birth to Madeleine after a reportedly difficult pregnancy. According to G. Mccann on a 'friends re-united' website, in August 2005 he was working in Amsterdam and the following year in April after having returned to the U.K. Kate gave birth to the twins, also conceived by IVF. As it would appear that Kate was living in Amsterdam during this period it follows that IVF treatment was undertaken in Amsterdam.

I am no expert but I think I am correct by saying that you do not take a magic pill to become pregnant, IVF is a serious choice that requires careful monitoring before and all during pregnancy. Having given birth to their first child in the U.K. successfully the logical progression would be to trust the expertise of the consultant previously known to you rather than opt for the services of a foreign clinic. Unless of course something went radically wrong! I would certainly prefer to be under the guidance of a tried and trusted specialist. From Kate’s point of view would it not be preferable for her to be surrounded by close relatives and friends rather than be isolated in a foreign country? It is a known fact that the Netherlands adopt a somewhat unconventional approach to life which to the likes of the British is deemed unethical. Why did the Mccanns take this unusual route? Again, everything reverts back to Amsterdam as we have also seen with Gerald’s Irish roots and Scottish liaisons!

Something just doesn't add up. Perhaps poor little Madeleine was not the trophy child that they wished for! So many unexplained details that should be addressed but whatever the truth I remain convinced that the crime perpetrated in Portugal was premeditated and the object was the cruel disposal of their daughter. Everything we are presented with that is considered factual all points in this same direction. If the crime was a planned abduction by the parents, which appears to be a strong possibility considered by the investigators, I am sorry to say that I doubt if little Madeleine is alive now!

    ReplyDelete
  145. The parents and the nannies are not detained anymore, but the prosecutor emphasizes that that does not mean they are innocent. I understand that otherwise the State would get in time problems, as in having to lay a charge after a certain amount of time. Mexico's justice structure is based on the Napoleonic code.
A friend of the mother "la China" was also detained on Thursday, that news only reached the media Saturday.
After some video and photos were released on which the legs of Paulette were visible, many rumours did the rounds that she must have died well AFTER the day she was reported missing, which of course would point at a even more dirty scam. The offial (pre) report however says somewhere between 5 and 9 days before she was found she was murdered.
Another story that does the rounds is that either a sister of the mother or this friend who was detained had, for a couple of days, slept in the bed under which Paulette's body was later found.
That, and the scene were mom with the legs crossed sits on Paulette's bed cool as a cucumber has infuriated many.
I still have to see any reference to Madeleine in a real Mexican newspaper or hear anyone make that connection.

  146. Never having been a Freemason I cannot speak from a personal basis.

But there are plenty who can. These are people who have been members themselves, or have done extensive research, and do speak of the organisation being not all it would appear to be on the surface.

There are books written on the subject which tell of this questionable way of social networking.

Because of concern, there was also an attempt made in the UK Parliament in the 90s for certain people in prominent positions to have to state whether or not they were Freemasons. Unfortunately, it did not get through.

The Freemasons do have the rule to help fellow freemasons who are in need, and many of us must be wondering how it is that so many people are helping the McCanns in various ways. It would be interesting to know how many of these people do happen to be Masons.

So far, the McCanns have been helped over and above what the ordinary citizen would have been, and there certainly are many people in high positions of power in Freemasonry.

Have they also fallen for the spin of the abduction and those big, bad, Portuguese trying to stitch up those poor McCanns?

No doubt, like many others, they have.

  147. For who read Spanish... an interesting article at the Blog 'HASTA QUE SE SEPA LA VERDAD':

' Caso Paulette Gebara- MIENTEN LOS PADRES DE PAULETTE?'

An article which explain what can be behind the 'MICRO-EXPRESSIONS' of Lissete and her husband during the interviews to the media and the police.

I Can't stay without making the obvious comparison with Mccann's. Their lack of emotion at the beginning is far from what they claim 'was a police adviser'. Profound pain and lost cannot be controlled by any advise, it is part of our human fragility.

Looking back to some videos and pictures related to Mccann's Media campaign I feel more shocked then before- The balloons were nothing else then part of a commemoration, a party where they show happiness... no pain. I can found more pain in some people from the public then on their faces.

I Think I'm right, FOR ANY PARENT WHO LOST A CHILD ( NO MATTER UNDER WHICH CIRCUMSTANCES) EVERY TIME THEY DO SOMETHING TO REMEMBER THE CHILD< THE PAIN, THE ANGUISH, THE DESOLATION, THE REVOLT OF THE FIRST DAY COME BACK. SHOULD BE LIKE REVIVING A FUNERAL EVERY TIME. Unless the decease of the child was a relieve to the parents... then they can use it without any pain.
THIS TAKE ME TO ANNOTHER DIMENSION... WE KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE PASS OF MADELEINE BEFORE HER TRAGIC HOLYDAIS. The police never recieved the medical story of Madeleine which is very important to understand allot of the behaviour of her parents. WAS SHE A LOVELLY ANGEL AS CONVENNIENT AND WELL choosed PICTURES PRETEND TO CONVINCE US, OR SHE WAS A DIFFICULT AND TROUBLE CHILD WHO NEED SPECIAL CARE MOST OF THE TIME? WHY WAS THAT INFORMATION NOT HANDED TO THE POLICE? What is behind May 2007?

Today the Prosecutor said they got enough physical evidences to clarify the case and the science will tell the truth. In the middle time, Mauricio Gebara, Paulette father, said he believes was not an accident and he cannot put his hands about his wife. He believe on what the police is going to find.
Yesterday some news highlighted the dark life of Paulette mother and her friend ' The China'. Both ladies love to spend time ( nights) with mans, and Paulette it is a trouble with her disability. The news also highlighted that Paulette had a life insurance and her mother with help of her friend plan to get ride of Paulette and take the share the insurance money.
IF THIS IS TRUE.... poor Paulette. poor child's who suffer at the hands of people who were supposed to take care and love them.

Perhaps there may be others who would like to add to the Gaspar statements, yet so far have been afraid they may get a visit from somebody from Team McCann.

It is getting hard to know who to trust in the UK any more, given the McCanns seem to have a finger in every pie, so they look like they are literally running the investigation.

Perhaps Halligen would like to speak out but is worried about who to contact and what the consequences for him might be as regards the media, which Team McCann also look like they can control so that words get twisted around and people vilified.

What is happening in the UK is disgraceful. When will we be able to ever trust our police force again because they also look discredited due to their involvement with the McCanns.
